Using pioneering economic-epidemiological modelling to inform and shape public health decisions through critical data and analysis, the Jameel Institute-Kenneth C. Griffin Initiative for the Economics of Pandemic Preparedness is built on collaborative efforts between the Jameel Institute and researchers from Imperial College London School of Public Health, the World Health Organisation, Singapore’s PREPARE programme and Sweden’s Umeå University.
Together, they will produce a digital scenario-based dashboard that will model preparedness levels of over 150 countries, in addition to in-depth studies on potential preparedness interventions, all of which will be made publicly available.
