AIM for Scale launches innovation package to provide climate-resilient weather forecasts for farmers

Devdiscourse reports on the expansion of the Jameel Observatory-CREWSnet as part of the Agriculture Innovation Mechanism for Scale (AIM for Scale) USD 1 billion innovation package. Unveiled at COP29 in Baku, Azerbaijan, the package is aimed at providing scaling AI-driven weather forecasting technologies to supply enhanced weather information to farmers, in order to help them adapt to increasingly unpredictable climate patterns.
