BIC completes its ESG Impact Share Buyback programme and cancels shares

French manufacturer BIC has completed its ESG Impact Share Buyback programme, launched in January 2022. Between January and December 2022, 725,703 shares were purchased for an average purchase price of 53.98 euros, amounting to a total of 39.2 million euros. Part of the outperformance between the purchase price and the average price over the execution period will be allocated to Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) and the BIC Corporation Foundation for Education.
