Earth Day 2020: Exploring India’s sustainable management of water

To celebrate Earth Day 2020, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology India (MIT India) spoke with several MIT students, including PhD student in the department of urban studies and planning, Gokul Sampath, whose field research has helped better understand India’s water-related issues and advanced the country’s broader sustainable development goals. In 2023, Gokul became Abdul Latif Jameel Water and Food Systems Lab (J-WAFS)'s fellow, for his research examining arsenic levels in drinking water in India and Bangladesh.
