انطلاق المعرض الثاني لنتاج برنامج بيت جميل للفنون التراثية

The Jameel House of Traditional Arts in Cairo holds its annual exhibition of student works at the Traditional Crafts Centre in Fustat in cooperation with the Prince's Foundation School of Traditional Arts, Egypt's Cultural Development Fund and Community Jameel, from 17 September to 21 September 2023 from 10h00 to 15h00. The exhibition celebrates the traditional craft works by graduating Jameel House scholars. The two-year scholarship, offered to 20 students annually, focuses on reviving heritage crafts using mediums including ceramics, copper, wood, and gypsum. Scholars study practical methods of craftwork and engage with local and international experts in heritage preservation.
