Andrew Lo

Andrew Lo is the Charles E. and Susan T. Harris Professor of Finance at the MIT Sloan School of Management, director of the MIT Laboratory for Financial Engineering and a principal investigator at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. He is a research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research and an external faculty member of the Santa Fe Institute.

Andrew graduated from Yale University with a degree in economics and obtained a master's degree and PhD in economics from Harvard University.
