Jameel House in Cairo: Autumn 2023 project exhibition and sale

Following a successful exhibition sale in summer 2023, the Jameel House of Traditional Arts in Cairo hosts a second project exhibition sale on 4—7 September 2023, displaying handcrafted art pieces created by the students of the Jameel House in Cairo diploma programme.

Pieces for sale include handcrafted works made of brass, ceramics, wood and gypsum made by students who have developed and honed their traditional craft techniques through the diploma course at the Jameel House in Cairo.

The exhibition sale aims to support and celebrate the skill and talent of the students by offering the opportunity for attendees to buy pieces to take home that showcase traditional craft and cultural heritage.

The exhibition is free and open to the public and takes place on 4—7 September 2023, from 11h00-17h00 at the Jameel House of Traditional Crafts in Fustat, Old Cairo.
