The panel forms part of the OECD Network of Foundations Working for Development (netFWD) 2023 annual meeting 'Addressing the climate emergency - what role for philanthropy ahead of COP28?' taking place on March 23 and 24 2023 at the OECD Conference Centre in Paris. The annual event brings together senior representatives of foundations and OECD experts to discuss the major challenges brought about by climate change and how foundations are responding to them, and reflect on the outcomes of the COP27 from the perspective of developing countries. The event programme will also consider how climate change adaptation and mitigation intersects with the OECD netFWD's work across health, education and gender equality.
