Synopsis

Daniel Fernández Pascual, co-lead of CLIMAVORE x Jameel at the Royal College of Art, gives a Wheelwright Prize Lecture on 5 March 2024 from 18h30-20h00.

Daniel won the Wheelwright Prize in 2020 for 'Being shellfish: Architectures of intertidal cohabitation', a project that examines human ecological impacts on coastal regions and explores the use of bivalves and seaweed as architectural materials and a source of nourishment.

The Wheelwright Prize is an international competition awarded by the Harvard University Graduate School of Design for early-career architects.
