وزيرة التخطيط تفتح مؤتمر“ الشراكة من أجل التكيّف مع تغيّر المناخ في الدول العربية”

Speaking at the Partnership development for climate adaptation in Arab States conference, co-hosted by Community Jameel and Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab Middle East and North Africa at AUC (J-PAL MENA), Egypt's Minister of Planning and Economic Development HE Dr Hala El Said, announced the launch of the J-PAL led Clean Air and Water Lab in Egypt. The lab is part of a network of Climate Labs embedded with policymaking teams leveraging J-PAL insights to address climate challenges by accelerating evidence-based policy solutions. The lab will work closely with national-level government agencies to co-diagnose the most pressing air and water challenges facing Egypt, co-generate and analyse robust data through evaluations to inform programme scaling and policy design.
